Roof washing is the process of removing green algae, gloeocapsa (black algae), mold, mildew, lichen and moss from roofs. Roof washing can also clean oxidation on metal roofs. Roof washing can extend the duration of a roof's ability to function, as well as extend a roof's life expectancy. Because algae and moss retain moisture, they can cause shingles to deteriorate and rot. Mold, mildew, algae, and fungi growths are frequently excluded under most standard insurance coverage policies.

Brick Paver Services
Over time, the seal and joint sand that protects brick pavers starts to deteriorate, and your brick pavers can become stained, discolored, and overtaken by organic growth, such as weeds, grass, and moss.
